All too often the media covers "fluff" during a presidential campaign, asking the candidates about reality TV shows and what kind of pizza crust they prefer. And, we’ve certainly seen our fair share this year. But, when 1 in 5 children in our country live in poverty-it’s time to change the discussion. It’s time to #TalkPoverty. That’s why Half in Ten has joined forces with Every Child Matters and our partners to raise our digital voice to the moderators of the 2012 Presidential and Vice Presidential Debates. Our mission? Using Twitter to get them to ask our candidates: what would you do in your first 100 days to address child poverty?
